These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by WebAnglar Pvt. Ltd. (“WebAnglar”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to any client (“you”, “your”) engaging us for web design, web development, mobile app development, e-commerce, hosting, AI & automation, and related digital services. By requesting a proposal, signing a contract, or making a payment to WebAnglar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
WebAnglar provides custom web design and development, CMS platform development (WordPress, Craft CMS, ExpressionEngine, Shopify, Magento, CS-Cart), custom application development (Laravel, CodeIgniter, React), mobile app development (Flutter), UI/UX design, website maintenance & security, speed optimization, and hosting & migration services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of each engagement are defined in a written proposal, quote, or Statement of Work (“SOW”) agreed upon before work begins.
2. Proposals, Quotes & Project Scope
All proposals and quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Any work requested outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately. WebAnglar reserves the right to revise an estimate if the scope, requirements, or timeline changes materially after a project begins.
3. Fees, Payment Terms & Billing
Projects may be billed on a fixed-price or hourly basis, as agreed in the proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
4. First Project Discount — 40% Off (Introductory Offer)
As a way of building trust with new clients, WebAnglar offers a 40% discount on billing for a client’s first project, up to a maximum of 300 billable hours. This offer is subject to the following conditions:
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment for a project, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you (e.g. custom code, designs) transfers to you, excluding any pre-existing WebAnglar tools, frameworks, libraries, and general know-how, which remain the property of WebAnglar and are licensed to you for use in the delivered project. Third-party software, plugins, themes, and stock assets remain governed by their respective licenses.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, content, credentials, feedback, and approvals reasonably required for WebAnglar to deliver the project on schedule. Delays in providing this information may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline.
7. Revisions & Change Requests
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as defined in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope or revision rounds are quoted and billed separately as change requests.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or client information shared during the engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
WebAnglar provides services using industry-standard practices and warrants that deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed specifications. Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. WebAnglar does not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, traffic, or revenue.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebAnglar’s total liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the project giving rise to the claim. WebAnglar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the SOW. You remain responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
12. Third-Party Tools & Licenses
Where a project relies on third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, or licenses (e.g. WordPress plugins, Shopify apps, hosting subscriptions), you are responsible for any ongoing subscription or licensing fees associated with them after project delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
WebAnglar may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
